Who we are

Luna Digital is a brand of Luna Solutions, MB (company code 306986058, VAT code LT100018203715, address V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania). For privacy questions, write to info@luna-digital.eu.

What data we collect

We only receive data when you provide it yourself — through the contact form, or by email, phone or WhatsApp:

• name;
• email address;
• phone number (if you provide it);
• the content of your message;
• technical request details: language and the page the form was sent from.

Why we collect it

We use form data for one purpose only — to answer your enquiry and discuss possible cooperation. We don’t use it for newsletters and don’t pass it to third parties for marketing.

How we contact you

We reply through the channel you provided: email or phone. Usually within one business day.

Who processes the data

Form notifications are delivered by email via Resend (resend.com), a provider that technically delivers the message to our inbox. Resend acts as a data processor and doesn’t use message content for its own purposes.

The website is hosted on cloud infrastructure (e.g. Vercel), which technically processes requests to serve the site.

Analytics and advertising

With your consent in the cookie banner, we may use Google Analytics 4 (site usage statistics) and ad measurement tools (Google Ads, Meta Pixel). Without your consent these tools are not enabled. Contact form content is never sent to analytics.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry emails as long as needed to communicate about the enquiry and possible cooperation, but no longer than 2 years from the last contact — unless we start working together, in which case data is kept for contract purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing. Write to info@luna-digital.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
